We ship via USPS and FedEx. Free shipping is shipped via USPS First Class. Expedited services are offered to select areas.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders typically leave our facility within 24-48 hours, and shipping takes between 3-5 days depending on method selected. If the shipment is a gift or is time-sensitive please Contact Us before checking out.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We do ship internationally through USPS International First Class. However it is up to you to ensure that your package clears customs. Please note that the following countries currently ban/restrict electronic cigarettes through customs; Restricted: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finlan, Japan, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iran, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland Banned: Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Malaysia, Mexico, Oman, Panama, Singapore, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay. We do not guarantee that this list is always up to date.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

Due to the nature of our products, we can not ship to P.O. boxes. Entering a P.O. Box into the shipping address may result in shipping delay or your order being canceled.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed before shipping. In the event that you want to modify an existing order please immediately reach out to us via our Contact Form.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order has shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive or misplace this email you can still track your order on our Order Tracking page.

How Can I Return a Product?

Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on any e-liquids.
